Ada 1 benda eita lupa nak citer.. kan last month both eita and mikael admitted @ hospital.. bukan kami jer yg sakit taw.. cik ipad pun tetiba 'blackout' masa kt hospital tu.. tak nak 'on' langsung.. dah puas encik hubby menggodeknya.. klu ikutkan dah berapa kali pun mikael hempaskan dia.. uhuks! kesian sgt kt cik ipad..
Tp kami takder laa risau sgt sbb it still under warranty kan.. so, kami pun pergi laa kt Harvey Norman then diorg ckp.. for 1st year warranty, kami kena claim directly dgn AppleStore.. kami pun akur..
But then.. mmg rasa nak menyumpah seranah customer svc kt AppleStore @ Mid Valley.. encik hubby dtg all the way from klang, dgn dia ada training on that day, ditambah lg hujan pulak tu.. tp feedback yg dia dpt drpd mangkuk hayun tu sgt2 menyakitkan hati!
Berlagak giler ok.. not even try to troubleshoot the ipad.. belek sket2 then ckp ada 4mm dent so warranty xbleh cover.. wut the?! klu nak repair it will cost us about RM1300.. baik beli baru vangang! omai nasib baik laa eita takder masa tu.. if not maw eita baling ipad tu kt muka dia.. dem! patah seribu hatiku mengenangkan cik ipad tak boleh baik.. uhuks
So, kami pun redha jer laa.. ada laa jugak eita survey tablet baru.. but honestly eita syg sgt kt cik ipad tu ok.. sampai laa 1 hari.. encik hubby ckp, ada sorg blogger otai nie recommend 1 tempat utk repair segala adik-beradik Apple inc iphone, ipad, Macbook, ipod etc.. then hati pun berbunga-bunga laa dengar.. huhu
iPhoneFix located at 1st floor, Centrepoint Bandar Utama.. kami pun juz give a try.. dgn harapan cik ipad akan pulih mcm biasa.. sampai jer kt sana tgk ramai customer taw.. mostly yg dtg sbb iphone or Macbook diorg problem.. they can fix it in front of your face! cool giler biler diorg gunakan their tools utk repair/ fix your gadget masa tu jugak.. kagum sungguh! dan rasa sgt proud sbb business tu dikendalikan oleh 3 org pemuda melayu.. Halmi, Zaini & Azam..
My ipad? diorg re-charge the battery, leave it about half an hour, godek2 and taraaaaa.. cik ipad boleh 'on' semula.. eita happy giler ok! rasa nak melompat time tu jugak tp cover laa kan.. hikhik! eita bukannya nak promo.. tp svc diorg mmg tip top.. dan kami rasa puas hati sgtttt.. juz in case in the future, ada mereka2 yg ada Apple gadget tp ada problem.. then taktaw mana nak tuju.. bleh buat entry nie as a reference.. that's my point.. and u know what? they charged us nothing.. FOC! thanks a lot guys.. korg mmg pakar Apple! 2 thumbs up.. hehe

Banyak juga dgr complain pasal Apple Ctr ni.
Apple ctr ni kene tgk tempat la rasenye. Dulu mase mula2 nk beli macbook, g survey kat MacStore Lot10 (sekarang dah tutup) kerek gile budak yang jaga tu. Then g EPi Ctr kat Pavillion dpt treatment yang superb, even sampai sekarang pun kalau macbbok ke iPod ke meragam, diorang akan service for free, as long as takde nk kene replace ape2 parts ke.
Anyway, good to know service ni. Mane la tau one dayperlu nak cari. :) Anyway, macbook diorang boleh repair jugak ke? :p
