"For outdoor activities, not only that u need a high SPF (at least SPF50) but also a PA+++, and ofcos the water proof effect. SPF only prevents u from getting sunburn, but cannot refrain from getting darker. only with PA+++ will help to prevent darker.
another point is how u apply ur sunblock, be generous when u come to apply sunblock. apply at least 30min b4 u go out. i only got sunburnt on my scalp before! haha.. cos i snorkeling for many hours and my scalp got sunburnt at the parting of my hair which exposed to sun. so after that i also apply sunblock on my scalp b4 i go out to the sea. other than that, i've never got any sunburn in any part of my body, and i'm still very fair after many island trips
DO NOT FORGET TO REAPPLY!!! this 1 determine whether u get sunburn or not after long hour under sun.. cos i'd reapply each hour, came out from the sea and dap the sea water away with towel, and reapply another layer, do few times if i play for a longer hours. i hardly see ppl do that. they apply only b4 go out then never reapply"
